What regions do you cover?

We primarily serve the greater Seattle and Eastside regions of Washington State. This includes Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, Bothell, Woodinville, and more.

How much does it cost?

In-home personal training costs vary depending on the type of service provided, if the session involves one or two persons, driving distance, and special needs. Rates begin at $90 per session.

"Can my buddy join?"

Yes. There will be an additional fee for each session or per month, depending on how often your friend will be training with you. I encourage buddy training because it helps individuals work harder and because it creates camaraderie and accountability.

"Can you come to my office?"

Yes! Group office training is also available. Meeting or conference rooms work best for training in an office setting.

"Can you show me how to lift weights? I’ve never done that before."

Yes! This is my expertise. My earliest fitness experience was in weight training, and I have over 30 years experience providing safe, certified instruction. The first priority in training is safety, then working in different phases within the limits of your ability, strength, and knowledge of body motion.

"What can I expect from a personal training session?"

I work with your strengths and weaknesses to create a special workout tailored just for you. The exact workout depends upon your goals and level of conditioning.

It is to be expected that even if the desire is to focus on certain body parts, the entire body must be engaged as part of the routine. The goal is to place demands upon your body that you normally wouldn’t achieve on your own.

We show people their bodies’ untapped abilities, how they can look beyond what they thought was possible.
